== Notes ==
Two-part quest: Mikuru Asahina (yuno) sets the #ValkStarted flag, after which you must close the "Dimensional Rift" NPCs in Niflheim — there are 51 spots, but only one random spot is active at a time, and closing it activates the next random one. The closed-rift counter $@Rifts is a GLOBAL temporary variable (shared by every player on the server and reset when the server restarts), so the reward goes to whoever closes the 10th rift, not necessarily to the player who closed the first nine.
