Ask her father about the dream. He brushes it off as stress, says he will not allow anyone to take her away from him again, and tells you to leave them alone.

Talk to Eliana's friend Lacey. She points out that the two moved to Hugel about 15 years ago and look nothing alike - not even hair and eye colour - so she believes Eliana is adopted.

A 16-step story chain tracked by the variable miniangel_step, completable only once. No class or level requirement and no failure chance; every hand-in has a countitem check. Garth teleports anyone who talks to him outside of the right quest steps to Lighthalzen 263,200, so do not look for him early. The 400,000,000 Zeny is checked and subtracted directly. The reward, item 30015, is the same Wings of Courage item that the Mini Angel Wings quest gives out. Note that Eliana starts the chain but her father hands over the reward.
