Talk to him after Ashley sends you. He explains his failed experiment and lists the materials he needs (#dsc 3 to 4).
Receive: The item list for stage 2
Stage 2 — Professor Potter
Location: c_tower1 25,86
Come back with the full set. He thanks you, takes everything and tells you to go see John in Aldebaran (#dsc 4 to 5).
Bring:

Receive: Nothing; unlocks John
Notes
Dancer/Gypsy only, and you must have finished stage 1 (#dsc 3) before Potter will say anything but his catchphrase. Progress lives in the account variable #dsc. Checks and removals match exactly, so the whole set is taken in one go or not at all.
