Single-step exchange, no level requirement. Text mismatch: she asks for 5x Alice's Apron, but the script counts and removes 4 — 4 is the real number. The gender check runs only AFTER the item check, so a male character carrying the full set also walks away with the band; a male without the set is just told 'We don't recruit men.' No progress variable is stored, so the exchange is repeatable while you have materials and Zeny. A second, fully independent entry point exists: the NPC Kafra Applicant (aldeba_in 66,237) takes exactly the same set for the same reward with no gender check at all (her text also lists 5x Alice's Apron instead of the real 4).
