- Blair, a self-declared runic mage and "lunar magic peddler" in Juno, is preparing a sacred spell to harness the near-full power of the moon while Mercury is in retrograde, and she needs an apprentice to run her errands. Her acquaintance Jerric knows that a ritual of that size could burn up the atmosphere, and quietly recruits you to stop it.
Walkthrough
Stage 1 — Blair

Talk to Blair and answer "Show me what else you can do.", then "You'd do that for me?" and "Really? I can't wait to see them." She wants a set of goddess wings worthy of Selene and sends you to her friend Nicole among the merchants of the town.
Stage 2 — Nicole
Location: yuno 214,88
Tell the fashion designer Nicole that Blair sent you for the wings, then accept with "Sounds godlike already!" to get her materials list.
Stage 3 — Nicole

Return with the materials and choose "In the palms of my hands!". Nicole promises to have the wings made and delivered to Blair the next day.

Report back to Blair. The wings have already arrived, but now she wants refined stones to enchant into runes.

Bring the four kinds of stones and pick "Indeed I do! Check it out." Blair then remembers she has lost her Foci and sends you to Jerric for it.

Stage 6 — Jerric

Ask Jerric for Blair's Foci. He has misplaced it and explains that a replacement must be made from Freya's Jewel - a crystalline blue teardrop last seen inside a blessed treasure chest of Neuschwanstein.

Hand the jewel over with "Yeah, I made it in time!". Jerric works out what Blair is planning for tonight, warns that the concentrated burst of lunar power could burn up the atmosphere, and asks for the components of a binding spell.

Return with the whole list and answer "Yes, everything!". Jerric takes the cards and materials and tells you to go back to Blair with the Foci.

Deliver the Foci to Blair. With a couple of hours left before the ritual she asks for food that will heighten the effect of the spell casting.

Bring the "magic-laced food" and answer "I certainly do." Blair eats and tells you to talk to her when you are ready to start.

Speak to Blair once more to begin the ritual and watch the light show. Jerric intervenes, the spell backfires and Blair faints.

Wake Blair up. She insists everything went as planned and sends you off to ask Jerric to prepare more Foci for her.
Stage 13 — Jerric

Report to Jerric. He explains that Nicole always makes a spare of her work, that he swapped the set Blair wore during the ritual for that copy, and that a good deal of the moon's energy now resides in these wings.

Notes
A 13-step chain tracked by the variable white_guardian_wings_quest, completable only once. No class, level or failure requirements, and every hand-in is protected by a countitem check. Wrong dialogue picks ("You're pretty arrogant.", "Why do you need wings?", "Apprentice? Sounds more like slave!") only end the conversation - just talk to the NPC again. During the ritual step Blair closes the dialogue and plays roughly ten seconds of scripted effects with sleep2, so stay put until she faints and the next dialogue appears. Note that Blair starts the quest but Jerric, not Blair, hands over the wings at the very end. The reward, item 30002, is listed in the Avalon database as Faerie Wings.
